Is there a charge for Online Statements and Documents?
It's free! There are no charges for our Online Statements and Documents.
Are my Online Statements and Documents secure and safe?
Yes, your Online Statements and Documents are stored securely within our Online Banking system and are transmitted to your internet browser using industry-leading encryption.
Can I have my Online Statement and Document email notifications sent to more than one email address?
Notifications can only be sent to one email address. They can also be sent via text/push notification. Joint account holders can also subscribe to receive alerts.
Can I receive both paper and Online Statements and Documents?
Unfortunately, no. Members can only be registered to receive one of either paper or Online Statements and Documents.
How can I undo my enrollment in Online Statements or Documents?
To reverse your enrollment in Online Statements or Documents, log in to Online Banking. From your dashboard, click on the More icon below your favorites and select the eDocuments widget. You can update your statement preferences in Subscription Settings.
Please note that statement preference changes can take 2-3 business days to take effect.
How do I view my Online Statements and Documents?
To view your Online Statements and Documents, log in to Online Banking. From your dashboard, click on the More icon below your favorites, then click on the eDocuments widget. From the eDocuments page, select Statements.
How long will my Online Statements be available?
After you sign up, your Online Statements will be available for the previous 24 months.
How long will my Tax Forms be available?
After you sign up, your Tax Forms will be available for the previous two years.
If I close my credit card, do I still have access to view past statements?
Yes. As long as you don’t end your enrollment in Online Credit Card Statements, you will still have access to view your past statement history for closed cards.
If I end my enrollment for Online Credit Card Statements, do I still have access to past statements?
No. Unlike Online Account Statements, once you have chosen to stop your enrollment in Online Credit Card Statements, you will not have access to past statement history.
If I upgrade or change Target Credit Union credit cards, do I still have access to my past statements?
Yes. As long as you don’t undo your enrollment in Online Credit Card Statements, you will still have access to view past statement history.
What software do I need to view my Online Statements and Documents?
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 8 or higher to view your Online Statements and Documents.
When will my current month’s Online Statement be available?
Your Online Statement will be available during the first few days of the month. The availability of your online Credit Card statements will vary, depending on your statement cycle date.
With joint accounts, who receives the Online Statements and Documents email notifications?
The Online Statement and Document email notifications are sent to the primary account holder’s email address.
